If you want to remove the pomace, sieve this mixture

Adicione a mistura em uma panela juntamente com o açúcar e mantenha em fogo baixo mexendo até ferver 

Add the mixture to a pan along with the sugar and keep on low heat, stirring until it boils.

Após a fervura mantenha a panela semi-tampada mexendo a cada 10 minutos até atingir a textura desejada 

After boiling, keep the pan semi-covered, stirring every 10 minutes until it reaches the desired texture.
