- Bicarbonate1 dessert spoon
- Yeast1 dessert spoon

- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- Melt a glass of sugar in a round shape, caramelize the shape and after adding the pineapple slices to line the bottom of the shape. Reserve
- In the blender cup place 3/4 of oil, 03 whole eggs, 1 cup of sugar, juice of 1 lemon, beat on high speed for about 4 minutes
- Add a cup of hot milk and let the blender run
- With the blender running, put 2 cups of sifted wheat flour, be quick not to beat the wheat flour too much (add the bicarbonate along with the baking soda) and just pulse in the opposite direction just to mix.
- Pour in the caramelized form and place in a hot oven at 200 degrees.
