- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- In a baking dish, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and heat over low heat until it melts completely, then add a little water.
- Then add the pineapple rounds and set aside.
- In a container place the egg, sugar and margarine, stir everything then add the milk and wheat flour and mix very well.
- Lastly, add the yeast, incorporate the dough well, place everything in the pan and place in the preheated oven at 180° for at least 15 minutes.
- Let it bake for 40 minutes or until golden, unmold while still warm. And if you prefer, put it in the fridge later.
