- Sugar4 cup
- Margarine100 g
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour with yeast3 cup
- Pineapple1/2 unit(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Melt 2 cups of sugar in a mold until it forms a caramel.
- Then take it off the heat and cut the pineapple into slices, place it over this syrup and set aside.
- In a mixer or bowl, mix the eggs, margarine and the rest of the sugar (2 cups) and mix well.
- When the dough is a homogeneous cream add the wheat flour and beat again.
- Then add in the shape that was reserved and take it to the oven preheated to 180° degrees until golden.
- Preferably unmold hot so that the dough does not stick to the form.
