- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Cornmeal Biscuit100 g
- Dice 2 pineapples and place over low heat with half a cup of sugar and half of water. Let reduce and set aside.
- In another pan, add the milk, cream, condensed milk, grated coconut, and the cornstarch.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it forms a cream.
- Then just make the assembly: start with the cream then put the cookies (maizena or champagne) and on top of the cooked pineapple. Now just repeat this order until all the refractory is complete.
- Finish with shredded coconut
- Light to freeze for at least 3 hours.
