- Pineapple in syrup1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Orange liqueur1 tablespoon
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Sugar to caramelize to taste
- In a blender, beat the pineapple slices and reserve two for garnish.
- Continue beating and add, condensed milk, eggs, liqueur and cornstarch until you get a creamy mixture.
- Pour into caramelized form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in a bain-marie for approximately 50 minutes.
- Let cool and unmold.
- Cut the slices that were reserved in half and decorate the pudding
