- Pistachio100 g

- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
- In a pan, heat the milk and cream together with the pistachios, to infuse.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar. When the milk comes to a boil, season the yolks with the warmed milk.
- Return the entire contents to the pan, stirring constantly until it reaches nape point.
- Take it to the freezer for 4 hours, after freezing, beat the dough in the mixer with the racket until it reaches a creamy texture.
