- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)

- Pack of granules1 unit(s)
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the yolks, the milk, the corn starch. Cook over low heat until well cooked and creamy.
- Melt the chocolate, it can be in the microwave or in a bain-marie and then add the cream.
- MOUNTING: A layer of cream, strawberries and the melted chocolate last. To decorate I used sprinkles and strawberries.
- Take it to the fridge for 3 hours, the longer it stays in the fridge, the better it gets.
