- One bar of white chocolate200 g
- Bring the can of condensed milk to the fire with the 120 grams of powdered milk and the two boxes of cream, stir until it forms a cream for approximately 5 minutes, turn off the heat and keep stirring until the smoke is gone.
- To make the chocolate syrup, add the cream and 200 grams of chocolate to a pan, stir for 5 minutes until it forms a cream, turn off the heat and continue stirring for 1 minute.
- Separate 5 whole strawberries and cut the rest into slices
- To assemble the bonbon, take a platter and place the strawberry slices, put a layer of the white cream, and then put the chocolate syrup, take it to the fridge for an hour
- After 1 hour, remove from the fridge and finish with white chocolate shavings and decorate with whole strawberries.
