Misture o leite condensado com o cocô e reserve.
Derreta o chocolate e acrescente o creme de leite.
Em um travessa coloque a mistura de cocô e por cima coloque a ganache ( chocolate e creme de leite). 
Deixe gelar e sirva-se ;)

Mix the condensed milk with the poop and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and add the cream.
On a platter put the poop mixture and on top put the ganache (chocolate and milk cream).
Let it cool and serve yourself ;)
