- Coconut, grated or flaked200 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate100 g
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, place the coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk and a can of cream;
- Over medium-low heat, mix all ingredients together until slightly thickened;
- Pour the coconut cream into a serving dish;
- Melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and mix the other can of cream, until it becomes a ganache;
- Cover the coconut cream on the platter with the chocolate ganache, take it to the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
