- 📍 Syrup For the syrup, put the sugar in a pan and add the water, mix everything and over low heat, stir until it turns into caramel. Reserve.
- 📍 Pudding In a pan put the gelatin and half a cup of cold water.
- Then, mix until it dissolves.
- Then let it rest for about 4 minutes.
- Finally, after that, take the gelatin and the rest of the ingredients to the blender and beat until everything is very homogeneous.
- Then put it on a platter and take it to the fridge for about 3 hours until it takes consistency.
- Then, with the pudding firm, pour all the syrup on top.
- So, if your caramel is a little hard, just put it back on the fire and it will melt again.
- And your platter pudding is ready, good appetite.
