- Method of preparation 1. In a pan, place the condensed milk, the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, the egg yolks and lead to medium heat, stirring until it thickens. 2. Turn off and add the vanilla essence. 3. Expect to cool down and mix the cream of milk. 4. Separate a third of the mixture and set aside.
- 5. In the remaining cream, mix the melted dark chocolate. 6. In a medium refractory, place half of the chocolate cream in the bottom. 7. Take to the freezer for 15 minutes, remove and cover with the white cream. 8. Distribute the cashew nuts, return to the freezer for another 10 minutes and cover with the remaining chocolate cream. 9. Melt the milk chocolate and spread over the cream. 10. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
