- Black plums in syrup200 g
- Water500 ml
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Champagne biscuit400 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk400 ml
- Sifted gems3 unit(s)
- Corn starch10 g
- Frozen sour cream1 can(s)
- Drain the plums and chop them, removing the pit (reserve a few whole ones for garnish). Reserve the broth. Take another pan, mix the chopped plums, water and sugar
- Bring the mixture to a boil until reduced by half and set aside. In another pan, place the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and cornstarch and mix
- Take it to the low fire, always stirring until it gets thick, remove from the fire and let it cool, add the milk cream, mix and book.
- On a platter, make a layer of cookies soaked in the reserved plum syrup.
- After covering with a layer of cream and another of plums, repeat the layers, ending with the cream and decorate with the whole plums and take it to the fridge.
