- Black plum in syrup200 g
- Water500 ml
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Pack of English biscuits or champagne1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk can measurements (use empty condensed milk can)2 to taste
- Sifted gems3 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Cold and whey-free cream1 can(s)
- ✔ Drain the plums and chop them, removing the pit (reserve some whole ones to decorate). Reserve the broth. In a saucepan, combine the chopped plums, water and sugar.
- ✔ Take the mixture to the fire until reduced by half. Reserve. In another pan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and cornstarch.
- ✔ Take it to the low fire, without stopping moving, until you get a thick porridge. Remove from heat and let cool.
- ✔ Add the whey-free milk cream, mix and book. On a platter, make a layer of biscuits soaked in the reserved plum syrup.
- ✔ Then cover with a layer of cream and another of plums. Repeat the layers, ending with the cream. Decorate with whole plums and refrigerate.
