- Sifted Wheat Flour3 cup
- Refined sugar1.1/2 cup
- Margarine5 tablespoon
- Whole liquid milk1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Grapes, strawberries, sprinkles (optional) to taste
- In a mixer, beat the sugar and 4 tablespoons of margarine, until it turns into a cream.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and continue beating until pale.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little, alternating with the milk. Go mixing.
- Finally add the yeast and mix slowly.
- Grease the baking dish with margarine and a little flour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 min.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In a pan, cook 1 tablespoon of margarine, the condensed milk and the chocolate, after it boils, turn off the heat and add the cream.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Wait for the cake to cool and unmold.
- Place the filling in the center of the cake.
- Decorate as you see fit.
