- Coconut water200 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Milk200 ml
- Sugar50 g
- Salt a pinch1 coffee spoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Fresh grated coconut200 g
- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Dry shredded coconut.100 g
- Way of doing: Blend half the coconut water, coconut milk, milk, sugar, salt, condensed milk and fresh grated coconut in a blender until smooth and homogeneous. Still with the blender on at speed 1, add the rest of the coconut water, the milk cream and beat for another 2 minutes, at this point add the dry grated coconut and beat just until everything is mixed. Pour into popsicle molds and place in the fridge to chill. Let it start to freeze to put the sticks, or put it in bags for ice cream (bag), tie them and take it to the freezer until hardened. Makes 20 Popsicles or 20 Coconut Bags.
