- Wheat Flour11/3 cup
- Butter cubes150 g
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Icing Sugar1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, break one egg at a time and add the milk, vanilla essence and mix well with a fork. Reserve.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, sift the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Using the mixer paddle, beat on low speed just to mix the ingredients. Still on low speed, add half of the liquid ingredients in a stream.
- Add the butter and beat for about 1 minute until the butter and eggs are incorporated into the flour to mix the ingredients evenly. Transfer the cake batter to the greased mold and level it with a spatula to make the cake even. Take it to the oven to bake.
- Coverage: I used 1 xic. icing sugar, 1 tbsp. of Butter, 1 col. Of lemon juice and 2 col. of water. I mixed it all up and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. You have to put the syrup right after on the cake and then I put lemon zest.
