- Sugar125 g
- Milk powder125 g
- Water200 ml
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Food coloring6 to taste
- (Filling) condensed milk (1 box)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream (1 box)1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Powdered milk1 tablespoon
- Strawberries400 g
- Grease a 22-diameter form ballerina
- In the mixer, add the eggs and sugar and beat until doubled in volume and obtaining a whitish cream.
- Then add the margarine and beat again, after beating for another 3 minutes, add the water and powdered milk and the wheat flour and food coloring.
- Beat for another 3 minutes and turn off, add the baking powder mix delicately with a spatula and put it in the shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- After this time check if it is already baked, insert a toothpick if it comes out clean it is ready
- Filling Put the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and powdered milk, take it to the low fire, stirring until it starts to unglue from the pan, turn it off and let it cool.
- Wash the strawberries and dry with a paper towel. After the cake and the filling are cold, assemble it, place the filling on the cake and decorate with the strawberries and powdered milk.
