After beating the pudding preparation, pour it into the mold, little by little. 4. With an oval shape without a shallow hole, put water and the pudding preparation in a bain-marie, and put it in the oven. 5. When you see that the water in the water bath has evaporated, turn off the oven, wait a few minutes and remove the preparation, let it cool for 20 minutes, and unmold.
