- In a frying pan, put the sugar and stir until it melts well, when that happens, add the water little by little and be sure to stir. Stir until it turns to caramel. Once that's done, book on the side. In a blender, place the eggs, condensed milk, milk and powdered milk, beat very well for about 5 minutes or until homogenized. In a pudding form, pour all the caramel syrup that we made, spreading it very well. My shape is 17 cm. Then pour all the cream we made and cover the form with aluminum foil. Place the pan inside a large pan, add water until you reach half the pan, cover the pan and let it cook for about 20 minutes. After that time, remove the foil and partially cover the pan, let it cook for 10 minutes. After that time again, the pudding was firm. Remove it from the pan and take it to the fridge, leaving it there for about 1 hour. With a knife, pass the sides of the form, to help unmold. Unmold and serve.
