- Milk powder250 g
- TANG juice or the brand you prefer or flavoring powder for ice cream01 unit(s)
- Very cold water (freezing)500 ml
- Emulsifier1 dessert spoon
- Place the water, powdered milk and powder for juice or ice cream in a blender.
- Beat everything very well, until it is well mixed.
- Place in a glass or plastic refractory, and take it to the freezer, or freezer, until ice crystals form, almost freezing (no need to cover).
- Cut the dough and take the mixer (planetary or common), add the emulsifier and beat for approximately 10 to 12 minutes
- Place in covered bowls and return with the dough to the freezer, until it is very firm. Some hours.
- Note: you can add, after beating with the emulsifier, before taking it to the freezer for the last time, fruits, syrups, chocolate and whatever else you want.
