- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Sugar (one and a half cups)11/2 cup
- Warm water1 cup
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon

- For the filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Cornstarch (dissolved in milk)3 tablespoon
- Coconut Flakes100 g
- Beat the ingredients in the blender, except the flour and the yeast.
- In a bowl or bowl, mix the flour with the yeast. Add the blended mixture to the blender and stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Place the dough in a roasting pan greased with margarine and chocolate powder or chocolate.
- Bake for 30/35 minutes.
- Preparing the filling: mix the ingredients except the cream and stir over low heat until it thickens.
- Add the cream. Pour into a container and cover with plastic wrap to prevent a film from forming.
- The filling must be used cold. Cut the cake in half, distribute the filling and cover with the other part.
- Cover the cake with ganache or soft brigadeiro and sprinkle coconut flakes
