- Milk or semisweet chocolate bar2 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut200 g

- For the cake dough, beat the eggs, milk, sugar, oil and chocolate powder in a blender or mixer.
- Then add the flour and baking powder and beat again.
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean, the cake is baked.
- Coconut filling, in a pan, take the condensed milk, margarine and grated coconut, over medium heat, stirring so it doesn't stick, cook for about 5 minutes and then add 1 cream and mix well, put it on a plate, cover with cling film and put it in the fridge
- When the cake is baked and cool, unmold and cut it in half.
- Line the bottom of a shape or platter with cake, soak with milk and then put the coconut filling
- Place the other half of the cake on top of the filling, wet it with more milk and then we go to the frosting.
- For the frosting, just melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds, and then mix 1 cream and pour over the cake, take it to the fridge and finish with grated coconut.
