- Whole milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- coconut milk200 g
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Coconut Flakes100 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Noble chocolate200 g
- Prestige Chocolate to taste
- First mix the starch in any liquid and dissolve it well so it doesn't leave lumps, then add all the other ingredients (except 200 g of cream) and mix while still off the heat. Preferably use a pan with a thick bottom, because a thinner bottom can give that little crust. Keep stirring until it thickens and cook for about 7 minutes. Pour into a refractory and set aside. Put plastic film on to avoid crusting. Take the chocolate with the cream to the microwave at 30 at 30 intervals until it melts. Wish over the cream and decorate with prestige to your liking.
