- Milk or semisweet chocolate200 g
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- The measure of the milk can1 can(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- Unflavored Powdered Gelatin1 unit(s)
- In the blender, add the ingredients, using only 1 of the cans of cream and half of the coconut package. With the exception of the gelatin, and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reserve. Add 5 tablespoons of cold water to the gelatin and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Heat in a water bath until dissolved. Add to the cream in the blender, and beat until completely blended. Then, without beating, add the other half of the coconut package and mix with a spoon. Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Then, make a chocolate ganache with the second can of cream and put it on top. Serve ice cream!!
