- Natural desiccated coconut1 cup
- Dose of Whey protein vanilla flavor1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- 55% zero sugar chocolate (I used Linea)90 g
- Coconut oil for greasing the molds to taste
- In a bowl add the natural grated coconut and coconut milk and mix well
- Add the whey protein and mix until you form a homogeneous cream.
- Grease silicone cupcake molds with coconut oil
- Put this coconut cream in the molds
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- Unmold the prestige ice cream that was left in the freezer carefully
- Dip the ice cream into the melted chocolate until completely covered on both sides.
- Place cling film on a tray or plate
- Place the chocolate covered ice cream on the tray and leave a space between the ice creams
- Put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes
- Develop carefully and that's it đ€€
- Serve then đđ great snack or pre workout option đȘ
