- Oat flakes or oat flour1.5 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk1/4 cup
- Sweetener to taste
- 100% cocoa powder1 dessert spoon
- Whey or skimmed milk powder25 g
- grated coconut2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, beat the egg, oats, cocoa, sweetener and 5 tablespoons of milk.
- Grease and heat a skillet and make the pancake.
- For the filling, mix the vanilla or coconut whey, or skimmed milk powder with the grated coconut. Add milk little by little until you get a creamy consistency. No need to put it on fire.
- Fill the pancake with this cream and fold in half. Decorate with grated coconut. Enjoy!!!
