- Maizena4 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut Flakes1 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate bar160 g
- Chocolate or chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- White cream: beat in a blender, a can of condensed milk, a can of cream, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and half of the grated coconut and 2 cups of milk. Pour into a pan and stir constantly over medium heat until thickened. Grease a very nice shape with oil or margarine and pour this cream and take it to the fridge.
- Chocolate cream: beat the condensed milk, the cream, 2 cups of milk, the chocolate powder and the cornstarch in a blender. Pour into the pan and lead to medium heat until it thickens, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate bar and stir until dissolved. Wish on top of the white cream and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours
- After the two hours, run a knife around it and unmold it, then decorate with the rest of the coconut flakes.
