- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Beat the condensed milk, coconut milk, eggs and yolk in a blender.
- Place in a container and mix with 1 cup of grated coconut.
- Arrange in a greased shape with butter and crystal sugar
- Bake at 180°C in a bain-marie for 2 hours
- Unmold after at least 4 hours of refrigeration
- In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and add the coconut oil.
- Spread over the pudding
