- condensed milk800 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Colorless Gelatin2 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Oil to taste
- Chocolate layer: in the blender add 400g of milk and condensed milk, 200g of cream, the chocolate powder and mix well. Hydrate the equivalent of a sachet of colorless gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water. Warm in the microwave for 10 seconds and later add the mixture that is in the blender. Mix well and reserve
- Brush a shape with a hole in the middle with oil. After pouring the liquid from the chocolate layer and taking it to the freezer for about 10 minutes
- While the chocolate layer is freezing, let's prepare the coconut camasa. Just do the same process as with the chocolate layer.
- Let it cool for at least 2 hours Then just serve and enjoy
