- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Dry shredded coconut100 g
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Milk or semisweet chocolate bar500 g
- Truffle molds to taste
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Make 2 or 3 layers in the truffle molds with the melted chocolate.
- Take the fridge.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
- Mix the ingredients over medium heat, stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to cool.
- Then put the filling in the molds and close with more melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for another 20 minutes and then unmold.
