  • Chocolate powder1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Milk (can measure)1 unit(s)
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  • Chocolate bar1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, oil, sugar and hot water, beat for 4 minutes.
  2. In a container add the chocolate powder, and the blender mixture and mix well, add the wheat flour and baking soda, mix well.
  3. Add the dough in a greased shape with chocolate powder, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
  4. For the stuffing: mix in a pan, the condensed milk, the milk, corn starch, grated coconut, mix and take it to the low fire until it detaches from the pan.
  5. Cut the cake in half and remove some of the core of the dough and add the stuffing, put the dough again and close.
  6. For the topping: melt the chocolate bar in the microwave and then add the cream little by little and stir.
  7. Cover the cake with the icing and put some of the filling (in my case, it was left over and I added it on top).
  8. Enjoy and have fun!
