- Sugar200 ml
- Water100 ml
- Eggs03 unit(s)
- Condensed milk250 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk powder50 g
- Maizena1/2 teaspoon
- In a pan, over low heat, put the sugar to melt. always stirring
- Mix well until you get a caramelized syrup.
- Soon after, add the water, and stir until completely liquid. Reserve
- Blend all the ingredients (except the syrup) in a blender and blend well for about 3 minutes.
- In a form suitable for Pudding, add the caramelized syrup to the bottom.
- After that, pour the pudding dough into the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, in a bain-marie the form with the pudding and let it cook for about 50 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test.
- It's ready. Now just enjoy
