- Scoopy Whey protein chocolate flavor1 unit(s)
- Filtered water2 tablespoon
- Assorted red fruits2 tablespoon
- Beat the egg well with the yogurt until foamy.
- Add the oatmeal
- Place in a rectangular forminha that can go in the microwave.
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Remove from microwave and wait for it to cool
- Make the syrup by mixing the whey with the water until it reaches the point, if necessary add more water
- Unmold the cake and place the fruit on top.
