- Ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Vanilla or chocolate whey or powdered milk20 g
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Mash the banana well and add the other ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Put cocoa in your hands so it doesn't stick and mold into balls.
- Pass the cocoa powder and enjoy!
