- Puba pasta500 g
- Fresh Coconut to taste
- Butter to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar300 g
- Take some hot water and put it to beat with the coconut, until it forms a coconut milk.
- In a mixer, place the eggs, sugar and butter, beat for 5 minutes, then add the puba dough and coconut milk and beat for another 5 minutes.
- Put the dough in a greased shape and put it to bake for 30 minutes in the oven with the temperature at 180 degrees.
