- METHOD OF PREPARING THE FLOUR
- 1.In a pan, mix sugar and water.
- 2.Bring on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it boils and obtains a caramel.
- 3.Pour the caramel in the mold of your choice and spread it on the side of the mold.
- PREPARATION MODE
- 1.First, to make this pudding, in a bowl, beat the eggs well with a fouet or fork.
- 2. Then add the milk, little by little, while beating.
- 3.Then add the sugar and beat some more.
- 4. Soon after, add the vanilla essence and beat again.
- 5.Finally, do not use a blender or mixer. This pudding has to be made by hand. Then, pass the mixture through a sieve before moving to the caramelized form.
- 6. Then, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until the pudding is golden on top and, when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.
- 7. You don't need to cover it with aluminum foil, or bake the milk pudding in a bain-marie.
- 8. Finally, remove from the oven, wait for it to cool completely and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Remove from the fridge, unmold and serve chilled.
