- In the blender, beat Eggs (sifting through the yolks, it doesn't smell), milk, condensed milk.
- In the form of a hole in the middle, place the sugar and on low heat, stir until it becomes caramel, add the water and let it boil until the sugar melts.
- Pass the syrup around the mold and add the blender mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. It is in a pan with water, place the mold with the mixture, cover, on medium heat, leave it for about 30 minutes. (you can also do the fork test).
