- Beat the eggs in a blender for 5 minutes until the egg smells
- Add the condensed milk, milk and grated coconut and beat again and set aside.
- In a pan put the sugar to melt, then pour it on the baking sheet covering all around it and then pour the beaten liquid.
- Bake in a bain-marie oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
