- Syrup•• 1 ️⃣Em a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden. 2 ️⃣Join the hot water and stir with a spoon. 3 ️⃣Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. 4 ️⃣Forre with the syrup a shape with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) and book. Pudding•• 5 ️⃣Em a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients and pour in the reserved form. 6 ️⃣Cover with aluminum foil and take it to the medium oven (180°C), in a bath, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. 7 ️⃣After cold, take it to freeze for about 6 hours. 8 ️⃣Desenform and serve next.
