Para fazer a calda , derreta o açúcar em fogo médio e em seguida despeje na forma 

To make the syrup, melt the sugar over medium heat and then pour it into the mold.

Bata os ovos, o leite condensado e o leite por aproximadamente 3 minutos.
Em seguida, despeje sobre a calda utilizando uma peneira ( isso deixa o pudim lisinho) e leve no banho Maria por 40 minutos.

Beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk for approximately 3 minutes.
Then, pour over the syrup using a sieve (this leaves the pudding smooth) and take it to the bain-marie for 40 minutes.
