- To make the syrup, melt the sugar over medium heat and then pour it into the mold.
- Beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk for approximately 3 minutes. Then, pour over the syrup using a sieve (this leaves the pudding smooth) and take it to the bain-marie for 40 minutes.
