- PUDDING PREPARATION: Put the eggs, condensed milk, milk in the blender and beat everything for 5 min.
- PREPARING THE CALDA: Put the sugar in a pan and melt it all, when it's melted I add the water and keep stirring until everything dissolves.
- In a shape I added the syrup and with it cold, add the pudding mixture, cover with aluminum foil.
- Take a square or round shape larger than the pudding, add warm water to half of the pudding shape and take it to the preheated oven at 250°C and leave for approximately 1 hour
