- In a large form for pudding, add the 10 spoons of sugar, bring to the fire and let it melt until caramelized, dripping water if you prefer, after ready let it cool.
- In the blender add the 9 eggs, the 3 cans of condensed milk, and use the same can of condensed milk as a measure and add 3 cans of milk.
- Let it beat a lot, for 5 to 8 minutes
- Then pour the liquid from the blender in the form that the syrup is and put it in the oven, if you prefer, cover the form with foil.
- Leave in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes, then wait to cool, unmold, and serve.
