- Syrup: Sugar1 cup
- Syrup: Water1/2 cup
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- For the syrup: Bring the syrup ingredients to a boil. When it reaches a consistency, put it in the shape and spread it out.
- Mounting: After the syrup is spread in the mold, add the mixture from the blender and take it to the oven in a bain-marie for 40 to 180°.
- After roasting, wait for it to cool a little and take it to the freezer for 4 hours and then you can unmold it (I put pieces of paçoca on top).
