- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Pudding syrup. In a mold, put the sugar and take it directly to the fire to melt. Reserve.
- Pudding: Beat the milk, eggs, and condensed milk in a blender.
- Cake dough: Beat in the blender, eggs, milk, margarine, sugar and flour, after mixing everything very well, add the baking powder.
- Place the cake batter in the form with the syrup, and over the pudding, bake in a bain-marie for approximately 40 minutes.
