- Start by taking the fire to caramelize 1 cup of sugar, after it melts everything, put 1/2 cup of water and let it all melt again. Then transfer the caramelized sugar to a mold with a hole in the middle.
- After that, the blender beats 400 ml of milk, the condensed milk, and 3 eggs. Hit it well. Pour the mixture into the already caramelized form and set aside.
- In the blender add 2 eggs, 100ml of milk, 1 cup of sugar, chocolate powder, butter and beat well.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat lightly. Just until mixed.
- Pour the chocolate cake dough over the mixture already reserved in the pudding firm, place it carefully.
- Bake at 180° in a bain-marie for approx 1h or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and unmold.
