- Start by making the caramel in the pudding mold. I added 1 cup of sugar. Let it melt can not burn.
- After melting the sugar and just turn it off and reserve.
- In the blender I put the condensed milk and the milk I used the same measure of the can of condensed milk, I put the 6 eggs and hit the blender for 5 minutes.
- Then I put the caramel in the mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
- I put water to boil in the pudding pan and put the mold inside and covered the pan and let the pudding cook for 20 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold and serve very good.
