- in a pan add the sugar over low heat, and stir until it melts, I add 50 ml of water and stir until the sugar clumps, ready for caramel, I put it in the mold and let it cool.
- in a blender add all the other ingredients and blend well for about five minutes.
- after having beaten it well, change it to a mold that already has cold caramel, cover with aluminum foil, put it inside another mold, put half of water, and take it to my oven at 250 degrees, for an hour or until I do the toothpick test and come out clean .
- take it to the fridge, leave it in the fridge for about 5 hours.
- I pass the knife on all sides, and I take it to my fire for a minute, turning my mold to remove a little bit of the caramel, and unmold it's Ready for dessert.
